Delivery & Returns
UK Delivery
We offer Free UK Standard Delivery on all in-stock products. Orders for stocked items placed before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) are normally dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. Next Working Day Delivery is available for most mainland UK addresses, subject to courier availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking reference is available on request, allowing you to monitor your delivery throughout its journey.
Returns
If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that a 20% restocking charge applies to all non-faulty returned items. Faulty or defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
How to Return an Item
To arrange a return, please email enquiries@hhcv.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation reference and the appropriate return address. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Bargain Bin items
Bargain Bin products are brand-new and unused but sold at a reduced price because the packaging is damaged. The condition of each item is shown and described on its product page, including photos of the actual packaging damage. Products purchased from the Bargain Bin are non-refundable and are not eligible for our standard 30-day return. Only faulty Bargain Bin products will be accepted for return or replacement, and every item remains covered by its manufacturer warranty. If you have any questions about the condition of a Bargain Bin item before ordering, please contact us and we'll be happy to send additional photos.
